Attentive Tour Leader & Itinerary Customization
- Think of your Guide, Janey, as your personal Host during your travels. She will handle all logistics to ensure every tour, transfer, and hotel/ Inn stay goes smoothly. She will also arrange any additional excursions for you.
- Before your departure, you will receive an individualized itinerary including not only the included tour itinerary, but also your flight details and any add-on excursions you booked.

Some Transportation (read carefully for full details)
- In London, we will either be walking or using the Underground (Tube) for primary transportation in and around the city. Most of these rides will be incurred at your own expense by "tapping" either a purchased Oyster Card, or by using a contactless Mobile payment like Apple Pay. Rides cost £2.60 each.
- Transportation from Heathrow Airport to your London Hotel will be incurred at your own expense, but can be arranged for you. The Heathrow Express is recommend (fastest/ £15) or you can take the Underground (over an hour to London/ £8)
- Transportation from London to the Cotswolds- INCLUDED
- Day tour around the Cotswolds visiting villages- INCLUDED
- Transportation from the Cotswolds back to Heathrow Airport- INCLUDED

- Welcome to England! Arrive London Heathrow, and travel to your Central London Hotel. After settling in, meet your Guide and fellow travelers in the Lobby bar to get acquainted before enjoying your first "Sunday Roast" in London at a historic Pub.
Day 2: Sightseeing Tour of London
- INCLUDED MEALS: BREAKFAST and AFTERNOON TEA
- Embark on your "Royal Westminster" walking tour in the morning. Walk through St. James Park and witness the Changing of the Guards ceremony and Horse Guards Parade. Take in sights such as Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, all the while hearing colorful tales from an experienced Guide!
- After a hopeful spotting of the King himself, you'll have undoubtably worked up an appetite. What better way to satisfy than with Afternoon Tea! But... not just ANY afternoon tea, you will be enjoying scones and tea aboard a double-decker bus tour of the city!

Day 5: Travel to the Cotswolds

- Board your tour's personal mini-bus for the 2 hour, picturesque venture into the English countryside.
- 1st Stop: Burford: Often referred to as "the Gateway to the Cotswolds". You will have afternoon Tea at a famous Cotswolds teahouse, and have time to browse the small shops on High Street.
- 2nd Stop: Bibury: Known as "the most beautiful village in England". You'll think you were transported back to a different age as you stroll down Arlington Row, a 17th century row of weavers cottages built of local stone, set next to the River Coln. It is one of the most photographed areas in the region, and for good reason!
- 3rd Stop: Stow-on-the-Wold: A Cotswolds favorite for visitors and Locals alike! Lucky you, you'll be hanging your hat here for the next 2 nights.
- Check in to your Charming Inn. Believed to have been founded in 947 AD, The Porch House has twisty crooked staircases, roaring open fires and low slung ceilings; the perfect place to get cozy and soak in the authenticity of the area.
- Enjoy dinner on your own at one of the Villages' cozy Pubs
Day 6: Explore the Cotswolds
- INCLUDED MEAL: FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST & FAREWELL DINNER
- Discover the area: don't miss the secret 'Tolkein door" that can be found hidden in a tree near St. Edward's Church, just a stone's throw from the Inn
- Take a stroll down "Wardens Way" through the charming villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter.
- Enjoy lunch in the more bustling Village of Bourton-on-the-Water, where you will also find some notable shops and bakeries
- Gather for a cozy and delicious Farewell Dinner in Stow on the Wold
Day 7: Last day in England

WHAT'S THE TOUR GROUP SIZE?

There will be no hustling on and off huge motor coaches, or rushing you through experiences to get to the next tour stop. A Jewell Venture itinerary fosters connection; with your travel mates, with British history and culture, and with yourself. Sometimes we need to travel far to come back home to ourselves...
TOUR PACING AND MOBILITY?
- OVERALL: Moderate (But that's also up to you...)
- In London you can expect to walk for at least 3 hours a day on mostly flat, paved ground. More if you add-on excursions/ add'l sightseeing.
- You must be able to walk without assistance and feel comfortable managing your own luggage, climbing occasional well-maintained stairs, standing for short periods of time during guided tours, and transferring on and off public transportation such as the Underground Tube, trains, and mini-coaches/ vans (MIND THE GAP!)
- In the Cotswolds the pace will be slower, but everything above would still apply.
WHAT ARE THE ENTRY/ PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS?
- In order to enter the United Kingdom, U.S. and Canadian citizens need a valid passport with an expiration date extending at least six months beyond the date of reentry. We recommend having at least one blank passport page for entry stamps.
- U.S. and Canadian passport holders must also purchase an individual visa from the United Kingdom's government’s Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) website or the UK ETA mobile app (Apple or Android) in order to enter the United Kingdom.
- If you are not a U.S. or Canadian citizen, you must contact your destination country’s consulate for your specific entry requirements.

- Janey Jewell will be your trusted "Guide/ Host" for the entirety of your trip, on call 24/7, to handle any logistical snags that may arise. A special itinerary has been curated to ensure you will see all the best sites London has to offer, as well as expunge all the charm and quaintness the Cotswolds holds.
- You will also have lots of "free time!" You can roam and discover at your own pace; or perhaps you'd like to book additional "Add-On Excursions", in additional to the tours included in the itinerary.
- By booking a small-group guided tour, you can be more present and relaxed during your entire travel experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Your tour booking deposit ($500) is fully refundable until 90 days before departure, July 18, 2025
- FREE CANCELLATION until July 18, 2025
- If you book on, or between, JULY 18 and SEPTEMBER 19, 2025 you have 48 hours to cancel for a full refund.
- If you book on, or between SEPTEMBER 19 and OCTOBER 1 you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund.
- NO BOOKINGS past October 1, 2025 (or when maximum capacity has been reached)
- After these "Free Cancellation" windows have closed, REFUNDS ($500) are non-refundable, under any circumstance
- In the event of an emergency cancellations past the cancellation deadline, your payment refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on costs incurred to Jewell Ventures due to cancellation.
